Our Smart Spaces are available for individual use as well as for teams of 2 to 40 employees. For corporates, we realize and operate independent single tenant solutions or tailor-made serviced office concepts. We not only provide the answer to the rapid transformation of the office and working world but actively help shape it. The focus is on the diverse requirements of our clients' people and communities for a contemporary and innovative workplace. We also see ourselves as an infrastructure and marketing service provider. Our mission is to improve the working quality of our clients as well as to optimize their external presentation. In addition, we make marketing measurable and optimize processes. Our main focus is above all on improving the profitability of our clients and partners.

YOUR OFFICE currently has 170 individual offices and 40 conference & event spaces at 5 Vienna locations as well as one location in Graz. YOUR OFFICE is part of an international office network with over 650 locations on 6 continents, thus offering its tenants worldwide access to meeting rooms and day offices as well as professional business services.
