The results of our 2024 tenant survey are in, and we’re excited to share the positive feedback with you: the overall rating has improved to a score of 4.3/5. The recommendation rate stands at an impressive 80%. The high response rate and strong ratings are a huge motivation for us and show that we are on the right track.

A full 100% of survey participants feel that the range of offerings meets their needs very well or well. Over 97% rated the service quality and professionalism as “very good” or “good.”

Once again, the assessment of employee friendliness stands out this year. 88.89% awarded the top rating (“very satisfied”) and 11.11% the second-best rating. Cleanliness, property management, and reception also received top marks. Notably, the response time and speed of issue resolution have been further optimized. When asked about overall satisfaction with YOUR OFFICE, an average of 4.3 out of 5 possible stars was given. This represents an increase in satisfaction levels, with improvements achieved in nearly all areas.

Especially valuable for our team are the constructive suggestions and recommendations. These have provided important insights into individual preferences in areas such as room design, services, and technical equipment, enabling us to start working on tailored, forward-thinking solutions for the coming year.
