Review – 2024 Tenant Survey

The results of our 2024 tenant survey are in, and we are delighted to share the positive feedback with you: the overall rating increased to a score of 4.3/5. The recommendation rate is an impressive 80%. The high response rate and the great ratings motivate us enormously and show that we are on the right track.

A full 100% of the survey participants feel that their needs are very well or well met by the range of services offered. Over 97% rate the quality of service and professionalism as "very good" or "good".

Once again this year, the rating for staff friendliness stands out in particular. 88.89% gave the top rating (very satisfied) and 11.11% gave the second-best rating. Also cleanliness, property management, and reception & front desk received top marks. In particular, the response time and the speed with which requests are implemented were further optimized. When asked about overall satisfaction with YOUR OFFICE, an average of 4.3 out of 5 possible stars were awarded. This has further increased the satisfaction rate and further improvements have been achieved in almost all areas.

The constructive suggestions and ideas for improvement are particularly valuable for our team. These have once again provided important insights into individual preferences in the areas of interior design, services, and technical equipment, and already enable us to work on the right, future-oriented solutions for the coming year.
