After just six months, the newly opened YOUR OFFICE location at QBC 2 achieved full occupancy. In addition to numerous small-scale leases, several agreements ranging between 300 and 500 m2 and featuring 20 to 50 workstations were successfully finalized.

The Business Continuity Management concept of YOUR OFFICE also enabled the spontaneous provision of temporary and flexible workspace solutions for companies that had to vacate their premises due to external influences or force majeure. Alongside QBC 2, the QBC 3 location, which opened in 2018, is also recording peak occupancy levels.

This reflects the unbroken strong demand for offices at the Vienna Central Station location. Notwithstanding this, demand has also been rising continuously since May 2021 at the other Serviced & Flex Office locations in Vienna and Graz.

The unbroken strong demand is due both to pandemic-related catch-up effects and the growing trend toward flexible office solutions, serviced corporate co-working concepts, and hub-and-spoke models.
