At the same time, the comfort and experience factor for employees, as well as the flexible management of shared desk units, are also coming more and more to the forefront. 

Due to rising demand from corporate clients and medium-sized enterprises, there is also a growing need for greater customizability and independent or secure leased units, without having to forego the numerous advantages of flex & serviced office concepts. This is only possible by combining the benefits of both office worlds – conventional and flex & serviced office leasing. YOUR OFFICE is setting new standards in this area as the first provider. For example, independent leased units starting from 100m² can now be rented not only fully serviced, but also partially or unserviced, with services and access to shared space facilities bookable on a modular basis as needed. 

These innovative hybrid spaces are independent, self-contained rental units ranging in size from 100m² to 800m². The rental conditions (excluding bookable service modules) are based on the standard market prices of the respective location, while still offering maximum flexibility regarding the lease term and the continuous scalability of the spaces.
