With flexible and modern office concepts, YOUR OFFICE has been a pioneer in actively shaping the New Way of Work for over 25 years. With the complete redesign of the EURO PLAZA Conference Center and the expansion of innovative premium office suites, a unique working environment that meets the highest standards of comfort and design is once again being created. Initial visualizations already provide a good insight into the new design concept (see fig.).

The planning focuses on completely new collaboration & hospitality approaches. Spacious, cozy lobby zones as well as high-quality business lounges with a comprehensive selection of drinks and snacks offer the ideal setting for creative exchange in a relaxed, feel-good atmosphere. State-of-the-art media and communication technology enables uncomplicated and spontaneous exchange of information – even with hybrid teams. The various room concepts provide the right setting for every conceivable work situation. Fully flexible, scalable at any time, and without contractual commitment.

A highlight is the arrangement of the lounges, offices, and meeting & event facilities around the wind-protected and multifunctionally equipped Plaza Garden. Numerous accesses from offices, lounge zones, and meeting rooms establish a direct connection to the lushly planted outdoor areas, creating a harmonious unit. The ultra-fast Wi-Fi coverage also extends to the Plaza Garden, inviting people to work in the open air during the warmer months.

With DGNB Platinum certification, the building also boasts the highest green building standard. In addition to the comprehensive infrastructure offering at the location and within the building, hospitality and service are a top priority. Alongside the general lobby reception on the ground floor, the new Plaza Lobby on the 1st floor features its own front office with concierge service for tenants and conference guests. In times of automation and digitization, comprehensive personal service is intended to provide a fitting balance and enhance well-being in the workplace. Completion is scheduled for the end of September 2023. Once the areas are put into operation, 12 brand-new office suites with units ranging from 15 to 80 m² will be available. The largest directly contiguous office unit amounts to around 500 m². Co-working and hot-desking spaces can be booked per workstation on a daily or monthly basis. 10 meeting and conference rooms offer room settings for 2 to 160 people and, thanks to the 8-fold air exchange rate, a particularly good indoor climate. Collaboration rooms enable hybrid events with decentralized or global teams.

In naming our new meeting and conference rooms, inspired by our European heritage, we have chosen great European rivers whose significance we would like to introduce to our guests in the future. In the future, you will find exciting and informative details about the Sura, Glomma, Warta, Ebro, Oka, Rhine, and Don, as well as the Kama, Mur, and Tyra, at the EURO PLAZA Conference Center.

The location is already enjoying great popularity. Current occupancy is around 90%. Full occupancy is expected by the end of the year.
